William Halliday

William Halliday has extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as Executive Director of Global Market Sales for Energy & Agriculture at First Abu Dhabi Bank since September 2023. Prior to this role, William held the position of Director of Listed Client Coverage at Investec from April 2013 to March 2023, focusing on derivative sales within the investment banking sector. Additional experience includes roles in commodity sales and trading, as well as corporate FX sales at AFEX, and positions as an analyst at Coupland Cardiff Asset Management and in prime brokerage sales at Morgan Stanley. William holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Economics from Nottingham Business School and is an Approved Person with The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
