Berit Lorenzen

Berit Lorenzen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors, currently serving as the Head of Transformation & Governance for Business AML at Banking Circle since March 2020. In this role, Berit leads a team focused on enhancing AML operations, managing strategic projects, and optimizing processes. Prior to this, Berit held various leadership positions at Nordea, including Head of Client Servicing and Program Manager for transformational initiatives in KYC/AML. Berit's career also includes significant roles at NASDAQ OMX, where responsibilities encompassed international operations and client support, as well as marketing and project management positions. Academically, Berit possesses a Master’s degree in Economics and Marketing from Copenhagen Business School, along with certifications in NLP coaching and a forthcoming diploma in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association.
