Previous roles span over a decade at Barclays, where responsibilities included leading multiple teams in events, business development, and agency management. Renata also has a significant background with Santander Portugal, covering client management and human resources, and began the career at Fundetec as a director’s secretary. Educationally, Renata Carvalho is pursuing advanced leadership capabilities at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and has completed various pertinent programs, including training at the Instituto de Formação Bancária and CISFOR, focusing on banking and programming skills.
