Vilma Sarmiento Vargas is an experienced professional in human resources with a strong background in compensation, benefits, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Directora de proyectos de RRHH at Bankinter since June 2016, Vilma has previously held key HR roles, including HR Business Partner at B.O.D. Banco Universal and Responsable de Compensación & Desarrollo at Consorcio Credicard C.A.
