Bhaskar Cherukumilli

Bhaskar Cherukumilli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Bhaskar currently holds the position of SVP / Corporate Controller at BM Technologies, Inc. (BMTX) f/k/a BankMobile. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President - Corporate Controller at the same company. Before joining BM Technologies, Bhaskar worked at Marlabs Inc. as a Finance Controller for three years. Bhaskar also spent a significant portion of their career at State Street, where they held the position of Finance Controller. In this role, they reported to the CFO and managed a team while overseeing various financial processes. Bhaskar has also worked at Intelligroup Inc., where they served as the Divisional Controller. In this role, they supervised a team, made recommendations to improve profitability, and managed SEC filings and Investor Relations.

Bhaskar Cherukumilli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Madras. Bhaskar also completed executive education in Finance at Columbia Business School in 2021. Bhaskar has obtained a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School Executive Education in June 2021. Furthermore, they have acquired the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from AICPA and the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the Institute of Management Accountants. These certifications have allowed Bhaskar to expand their knowledge in various areas including Accounting, Auditing, Taxes, Business Law, Costing, and Financial Management.
