Sarah Courtney

Sarah Courtney has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sarah started their career in 1998 as an Activities Director at Eastern Resorts, where they managed all activities for five resorts in Newport, RI. Sarah also served as a Concierge during their tenure at Eastern Resorts. In 2002, Sarah worked as a Teller at Bank Newport before moving on to Coastway Community Bank in 2003. At Coastway Community Bank, they held various roles, including System Administrator - Assistant Vice President of Information Technology, Vice President - Application Support, and Senior Vice President Information Services. In 2018, Sarah joined Centreville Bank as the Vice President of Information Technology. Their most recent role was at BankNewport, where they held positions as Senior Vice President, Director of Project Delivery and Business Intelligence, and currently serves as the SVP Director of Strategic Projects and Process Improvement.

Sarah Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English-Communications, with a minor in Theater, which they earned from Salve Regina University from 1998 to 2002. Sarah went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New England College of Business between 2014 and 2019. In 2008 to 2009, Sarah obtained a Networking Certificate with a concentration on CCNA/CCNP from the Community College of Rhode Island. Additionally, in February 2014, Sarah obtained the OnBase Certified System Administrator certification from Hyland Software.
