Ed Mielcarek

Ed Mielcarek has extensive experience in the banking industry. Ed currently holds the position of Sr Vice President of Commercial Banking at BankOnBuffalo. Prior to this, they served as Sr Vice President of Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at Citizens Bank from 2019 to 2022. Ed has also held various roles at HSBC Commercial Banking, including Sr. Vice President Relationship Manager and Vice President Relationship Manager. Ed began their career at M&T Bank as a Sr Credit Analyst in 2002 and worked there until 2006. Ed has also worked at KPMG US in an auditing role from 2000 to 2002.

Ed Mielcarek obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Niagara University in 2000. Ed has also acquired additional certifications including the Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam, Series 79 - Investment Banking Registered Representative Exam, and SIE - Securities Industries Essentials Exam from FINRA in 2022.
