Nathan Banks serves as Managing Partner at Banks Legal Consultancy since November 2009 and at Banks Legal Limited (ADGM) since February 2019. Previously, Nathan held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Nakheel from March 2008 to September 2009 and was a Senior Associate at Clyde & Co LLP from January 2005 to February 2008. Nathan obtained a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (First) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Law, Economics, and Politics from Waikato University in New Zealand, where attendance spanned from 1992 to 1998.
