Sifiso Mnguni

Sifiso Mnguni is an experienced Skills Development Specialist with a robust background in managing skills development initiatives. Currently serving at The BANKSETA since December 2014, Sifiso oversees mandatory grants, workplace skills plans, and annual training reports, while also managing sector leadership development projects. Prior roles include Group Skills Development Facilitator at EnviroServ Waste Management, where responsibilities included convening training committees and implementing consultative processes, as well as facilitating skill development planning processes as a PDM at UTi Worldwide Inc. Sifiso holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in HR and Training and Development from CIDA City Campus.
