Antoinette Napier

Antoinette Napier is a seasoned Skills Development Specialist currently at Nedbank since April 2019, where responsibilities include enhancing methodologies for improved cost management and reporting, managing learnerships and bursary processes, and monitoring learning projects across multiple businesses. Prior to this role, Antoinette held significant positions at Barclays Africa Group Limited as Skills Development Manager, and at Absa Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing Skills Development and B-BBEE Scorecard reporting. Antoinette also has a background in training operations and facilitation, having worked with Santam and completed relevant educational programs, including a BA in Education from the University of Pretoria and a distinguished insurance program from UNISA.
