Cedrick Paschal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and legal support. Currently serving as a CRM and CX Specialist at BankSouth since August 2019, Cedrick oversees the CRM system and enhances customer experiences through effective communication and data management. Previous roles include Senior Paralegal at The Hull Firm LLC and Paralegal/Legal Assistant at Blasingame, Burch, Garrard and Ashley, P.C., where Cedrick conducted legal research and trained new hires. Cedrick’s early career involved positions such as a Real Estate Paralegal Intern and Student Administrative Assistant, along with a foundational role as a Wastewater Operator at Wayne Farms. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of North Georgia and an Associate Degree in Paralegal, Technical Communications from Athens Technical College.
