Traci Sheldon Thrasher has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Traci Sheldon began their career as a Legal Assistant at Greenhalgh & Hoffman LLC in 1990 before transitioning to a role as an Executive Secretary at Flambeau Corporation in 1991. Traci Sheldon then became an HR Coordinator at Flambeau Corporation from 1993 to 2000 and continued their HR career as an HR Manager at Flambeau Southeast from 2000 to 2004. Traci's most recent position was at BankSouth, where they held the roles of Human Resources Officer and Vice President - Human Resources Officer from 2004 to the present.
Traci Sheldon Thrasher holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University. Traci Sheldon'sBachelor's degree in Criminal Justice is also from the same university, which they obtained between 1979 and 1981. Prior to that, Traci attended Oakton College from 1977 to 1979, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice. Traci completed their high school education at Maine Township High School West. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in July 2013 from the HR Certification Institute.
