Bill Boettcher

Bill Boettcher worked as the SVP (Senior Vice President), Organizational Development Senior Manager at BankUnited starting in July 2013. Before that, they were the Senior Manager, Organizational Learning & Design at Office Depot from June 2009 to June 2013. Prior to that, Bill was the Training Manager at Space Coast Credit Union from May 2003 to June 2009.

Bill Boettcher received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business from Drake University in 1993. Bill then pursued a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University from 1993 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Bill has obtained several certifications, including Situational Leadership Certified Instructor from The Center for Leadership Studies in 2007 and Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in 2015. Bill has also obtained other certifications such as Competent Communicator (CC) from Toastmasters International in 2018 and Creating a Communications Strategy from LinkedIn in 2022, as well as becoming a Wilson Learning Certified Instructor in 2005.
