Brian Gilmore

Brian Gilmore is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at BankUnited since August 2022, Brian previously held the position of Senior Relationship Manager at Dime Community Bank from June 2021 to July 2022. A notable career at Capital One spanned over a decade, where Brian served as Senior Vice President for Commercial Real Estate and led a team responsible for structuring and closing over $2 billion in commercial real estate mortgages and credit facilities. Earlier roles include commercial real estate underwriting positions at GE Capital, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and financial advisory at Merrill Lynch.
