Kathleen Parkerson

Kathleen Parkerson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail operations and customer service management. Currently serving as Vice President and Manager of Retail Operations at BankUnited since January 2012, Kathleen directs a team responsible for various banking functions and operational goals. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Customer Service Analyst at DHL, and served as Vice President and Senior Manager of Phone Contact Center at Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union, where Kathleen managed a full-service call center. Kathleen's early career includes serving as Office Manager and Financial Administrator at St. Patrick Catholic Church, where leadership and operational management skills were honed. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services from St. Thomas University.
