Michael Camoia

Michael Camoia, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance, real estate, and community development. Michael is currently serving as a Vice President-Tax Credit Investments Manager at BankUnited. Prior to this, they worked at Morgan Stanley as an Assistant Vice President-Community Development Finance, where they were responsible for asset management of Low Income Housing Tax Credit Funds. Mr. Camoia also served as a Director of Finance at Monadnock Development LLC, where they oversaw financial operations and performance analysis of residential and commercial properties. Additionally, they worked as a Portfolio Manager at The Community Preservation Corporation, overseeing loan closings and compliance with housing development requirements. Mr. Camoia also has experience serving as a Board Member at the Westchester County Planning Board. Michael started their career in the real estate industry as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Cs Realty.

Michael Camoia, MBA has a Master's degree in Accounting from Baruch College, which they obtained starting in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, General from Iona University in 2015. In 2013, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Real Estate at New York University. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business from SUNY Westchester Community College, which they completed between 2009 and 2011.
