Delna Dekker has extensive experience in performance coaching and learning development within the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Performance Coaching at Bankwest since February 2017. Former roles at Commonwealth Bank include WA Training Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing a learning team, stakeholder engagement, and leading national project initiatives, as well as positions such as Learning Consultant and Success Coach. Dekker’s career began with roles as a Customer Service Representative and progressed through various positions at Commonwealth Bank and Westpac. Educationally, Dekker holds an MBA from The University of Western Australia and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce focused on Corporate Finance and Economics.
