Pamela Tan

Pamela Tan is an experienced business analyst and executive manager with a strong background in business analysis and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as the Executive Manager of the Business Analysis Chapter at Bankwest since September 2020. Prior roles include various positions at Curtin University, where Pamela led business analysis initiatives, managed development teams, and taught undergraduate units. Additional experience includes HR activities at Curtin University, market research at Rottnest Island Authority, business support coordination for BreastScreenWA, and research for Alicia Castillo Wealthing Group. Pamela holds an MBA and multiple degrees from Curtin University, as well as a diploma from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
