Shawna Witt, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Shawna is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Banner Associates, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this, Shawna held the position of Human Resources Manager at MANITOU Group from December 2020 to September 2021. From November 2014 to December 2020, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at AKG of America. Shawna's career also includes a role as an HR Generalist at Adams Thermal Systems from June 2013 to October 2014. Shawna began their journey in the human resources field as an HR Manager at Trail King Industries, where they worked from March 2002 to April 2013.
Shawna Witt, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Dakota Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Brookings High School from 1986 to 1990. In terms of additional certifications, Shawna received the Veterans at Work Certificate from SHRM in 2019 and obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management in February 2018.
