Carol Lybeer

Carol Lybeer serves as the Assistant Vice President Environmental Risk Officer at Banner Bank since October 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Terracon from April 2016 to September 2017, and as Claims Examiner at Colony Insurance from March 2011 to January 2016. Carol has also worked as a Project Manager at Antea Group, overseeing LUST insurance claims and managing investigations and cleanups of petroleum storage facilities from June 2005 to March 2011. Earlier positions include Project Engineer roles at Kane Environmental, Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc., TechSolv Consulting Group, ARCADIS, Delta Environmental Consultants, and IT Corporation, focusing on environmental investigation and remediation projects. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University, attained between 1989 and 1993.
