Doug Stephenson

Doug Stephenson has a extensive work experience in the banking industry. Doug began their career in 1989 at San Diego Trust & Saving Bank as a Vice President and commercial lender. Doug then worked at Columbia Bank as a Vice President before moving to Viking Bank, where they served as a Senior Vice President and Market Manager. Afterwards, they joined American West Bank as a Credit Risk Manager and later transitioned to Banner Bank, which was formerly AmericanWest Bank, where they held the position of Senior Vice President, California Credit Risk Manager. Currently, Doug holds the role of SVP& Commercial Division Director - Northern California at Banner Bank.

Doug Stephenson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. Doug also completed an MBA equivalent program in Bank Management from Pacific Coast Banking School.
