Jim Anderson

Jim Anderson is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as SVP of Talent Management at Banner Bank since June 2020. Previous roles include Director of Learning and Leadership at Nordstrom, Sr. Director of People & Culture Development at Peet's Coffee & Tea, and Director of Learning & Development at Granicus, Inc. Jim has also held various training and development positions at Levi Strauss & Co., bebe stores, Ross Stores, Inc., Gap Inc. Outlet, and KPMG. Jim holds a Master's degree in Teaching/Education from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Maryland.
