Nonnie Williams-Abel

Nonnie Williams-Abel possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as SVP of Talent Management and SVP of Human Resources for Technology & Operations at Synchrony since July 2014. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources and Sr. Human Resources Manager at GE Capital from July 1998 to July 2014, as well as Human Resources Manager at First Data Corporation between February 1992 and June 1998. Nonnie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Ohio University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
