Kayleen Kohler, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and leadership. Kayleen currently holds the position of EVP, Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer at Banner Bank, a commercial bank with over 2,300 employees. Kayleen joined the executive team in 2016, following a major acquisition that doubled the company's size. In this role, they lead a team of 30 professionals, providing strategic talent development and consulting to business leaders.

Prior to their current position, Kayleen held various roles at Plum Creek, a company specializing in real estate and timber. From 2014 to 2016, they served as Senior Director Human Resources, and from 2006 to 2014, they were Director of Human Resources. Before that, they held positions as Human Resources Manager, Training and Development Specialist, Corporate Affairs Manager, and Technical Support Specialist at Plum Creek from 2002 to 2006, 1999 to 2001, 1998 to 1999, and 1996 to 1997, respectively.

Kayleen's work experience also includes a role as an Information Technology Specialist at Flathead County Computer Services from 1995 to 1996, and a Marketing Specialist at Semitool from 1994 to 1995.

Kayleen Kohler, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northwest Missouri State University, obtained in 1994. Kayleen further pursued their education by completing a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix in 2002. In 2010-2011, Kayleen attended the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business for Executive Education. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certification in Managing High Potentials from LinkedIn in 2019.
