Kristin Haile-Chapman

Kristin Haile-Chapman has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources and compensation management. Kristin currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Total Rewards at Banner Bank, a role they have held since December 2016. Prior to this, they worked at Itron as a Senior Manager of Compensation from May 2014 to November 2016.

Haile-Chapman spent a significant portion of their career at Sterling Bank, starting in 2006. During their time there, they held various roles including Vice President, Compensation Director from October 2010 to May 2014, Compensation Supervisor from June 2010 to October 2010, Compensation & Benefits Analyst from December 2009 to May 2010, Compensation & Benefits Specialist from November 2008 to December 2009, and HR Services Representative from December 2006 to October 2008.

Before joining Sterling Bank, Haile-Chapman worked at Albertsons as a Service Operations Manager from 1996 to 2006.

Kristin Haile-Chapman has a diverse education history. In 2014, they obtained a Masters in International Management (MIM) from Whitworth University. Between 2010 and 2012, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration at the same institution. In 2007, Kristin completed their undergraduate studies and earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Whitworth University. Before that, in 2001 and 2002, they gained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Community Colleges of Spokane.

In addition to their educational achievements, Kristin Haile-Chapman holds the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, which they obtained from SHRM in August 2020.
