Bob Bergsgaard

Bob Bergsgaard has extensive work experience in various roles related to sales, marketing, and business development. Bob currently works at Banner Engineering, where they started as an Associate Business Development Manager in 2017, focusing on the growth and development of the Mobile Equipment market. Bob then progressed to roles such as Business Development Manager in the Material Handling & Logistics market and Strategic Account Executive for a prominent account. Bob has also held the position of Global Sales Enablement Manager before becoming the Senior Global Sales Enablement Manager, responsible for lead-generation campaigns, sales training, and sales enablement. Prior to joining Banner Engineering, Bob worked at Hartfiel Automation, where they started as a Production Technician and eventually became a Mobile Controls Specialist and later a Mobile Controls Market Specialist. In these roles, they focused on supporting the growth of the Mobile Controls market and providing electronic control systems to OEMs.

Bob Bergsgaard earned a Diploma in Fluid Power Engineering Technology from Hennepin Technical College from 2004 to 2006. Bob then attended the University of Minnesota Crookston from 2012 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Management and a minor in Finance. Bob later pursued further education and is currently enrolled in the MBA - Marketing program at West Texas A&M University, which they are expected to complete in 2024. In addition to their formal education, Bob also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in January 2017.
