Thomas Paustenbach

Thomas Paustenbach has over 23 years of work experience. Thomas is currently the Commercial and Operations Finance Director at Banner Engineering since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Danfoss Power Solutions as a Business Unit Controller from January 2022 to June 2023 and as a Commercial Controller from August to December 2021. Thomas also served as a Commercial Controller at Eaton from July 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they held various positions at Nilfisk, including Finance Director for strategic acquisitions and Senior Controller for the North America sales and service companies. Thomas also served as a Controller for the US Floor Care products and service business. Thomas started their career at Honeywell, where they gained experience as a Global Finance Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Senior Auditor. Thomas began their professional journey at Deloitte as an Audit Senior.

Thomas Paustenbach attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1996 to 2000, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting.
