Andrew Glosenger

Andrew Glosenger is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in healthcare compliance and training. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Banner Health since August 2018, Andrew leads the development and implementation of a compliance training program, achieving a 60% reduction in training times and producing tailored content for the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Area Compliance Officer for a 600-bed campus, managing compliance programs and privacy oversight. Andrew also held the position of Compliance Program Manager at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, where responsibilities included establishing auditing programs and overseeing compliance-related education for over 400 providers. Andrew's career began as a Senior Coding Consultant at Intermountain Healthcare, focusing on training and educating on proper coding practices. Andrew holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Master's in Health Care Administration from Weber State University, along with a Bachelor's in Biology from the University of Utah.
