In addition to serving as vice chair on the Banner Health Board of Directors Banner Health, Anne Mariucci currently serves on the boards of four S&P 500 publicly-traded companies (Southwest Gas, Taylor Morrison Home Corp, Core Civic, and Berry Petroleum). She spent the majority of her 25 year corporate career with national developer/home builder Del Webb Corporation, retiring as President and CEO following it’s merger with Pulte Homes in 2001. She has since served as General Partner of MFLP, a family office.
Mariucci served an 8-year term on the Arizona Board of Regents, during which time she was chairman and help numerous leadership roles, including as a Board member of University of Arizona Health Network prior to it’s merger with Banner Health in 2015.
She is active in non-profit philanthropy and serves on the Board of ASU Enterprise Partners, the governing board for the endowment and the public/private ventures of Arizona State University, recently recognized as the country’s Most Innovative University.
Mariucci has a B.S. in accounting and finance from the University of Arizona where she was a 3-sport athlete. She has completed the Corporate Financial Mgmt Program at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, and has been certified as a CPA and a FINRA Securities financial and operations principal.
