Hui Chen

Hui Chen currently serves as the Experience Design Program Director at Banner Health since October 2023. Prior to this role, Hui held positions such as DesignOps at Tallwave from June 2022 to August 2023 and Creative Project Manager at Joyin, Inc. from July 2021 to June 2022. Additionally, Hui was a Faculty Associate at ASU Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts for a short period in early 2022 and worked as a Service Designer for Maricopa County in late 2020. Notably, Hui founded Shine Way Design, serving as the Creative Director from September 2013 to December 2018. Hui holds a Master's degree in Visual Communication Design from Arizona State University, completed between 2019 and 2021.
