Kristin Banks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and IT digital services. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of IT Digital Services at Banner Health since June 2022, Kristin has previously held key roles including Director of Client Services at Slalom Consulting and Project Manager positions at PCA SKIN, PetSmart, and the Arizona Department of Economic Security. With a strong background in account management, operational excellence, and customer care transformation, Kristin has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects and led process optimization initiatives across various sectors.
