Paul Turkal

Paul Turkal, MAS, PMP, currently serves as a Senior IT Solution Owner at Banner Health since March 2021. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of IT Program Delivery at Dignity Health from September 2019 to March 2021, leading complex EHR implementations while managing substantial budgets and ensuring compliance with CMS MIPS program regulations. As Managing Partner at Kinder - Turkal & Associates from January 2009 to December 2019, Paul provided project management services to assist hospitals in meeting Meaningful Use Stage 1 and Stage 2 requirements. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at Dell Services, where Paul directed global software rollouts, and Project Manager at PerotSystems. Paul began a career in the US Army as an Officer from May 1990 to April 1998. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in various disciplines including History, Political Science, and International Relations.
