Mark Romeo

Mark Romeo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in innovation and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Banner Industries since December 2022, Mark previously held the position of President and Chief Innovation Officer at HIS Innovations Group from May 2019 to December 2022. Mark's earlier career includes significant roles at Edwards, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Integrated Systems to Senior Technical Manager, and Site Manager from 1996 to 2019. Additionally, Mark worked as Maintenance Manager at Schneider National from January 1995 to March 1996 and served as Commander of the 70th Ordnance Detachment (EOD) in the US Army from May 1993 to February 1995. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Saint Martin's University.
