Kym Julius Creekmore, CHC has extensive work experience in compliance and administration roles. They currently serve as the Director of Compliance at Banner Life Sciences since 2021. Previously, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Compliance Officer at NSC IT Eurofins North America, where they developed and oversaw a HIPAA and GxP Compliance program. Before that, from 2009 to 2018, they held the position of Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer at Diatherix Laboratories, where they implemented and managed the compliance, privacy, and ethics program. Additionally, they have experience as an Office Administrator/Compliance Officer at Rehabilitation & Neurological Services and Gill Family Medicine. Earlier in their career, they worked at Protective Life as a Patient Relations-Acquisition Administrator and Medical & Dental Claims Manager, and at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Alabama as a Coder/Keyer VI.

Kym Julius Creekmore, CHC, attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Business. Kym did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their education, Creekmore obtained certifications including Certified Information Privacy Professional- Europe (CIPP/E) Pending from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in August 2020 and Certified Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association in June 2013.
