Jeremy Shaw Pls

Jeremy Shaw, PLS PSM, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeremy began their career in 2003 as a Cashier at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Jeremy then worked as a Rodman and Instrumentman at Morris P. Hebert, Inc. in 2006 and 2007, respectively. From 2006 to 2008, Jeremy served as a Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Enterprises. In 2008, they joined Providence - An Engineering and Environmental Consulting Firm, where they held various roles, including L.S.I./Survey Technician, Professional Land Surveyor, Subsurface Utility Engineering (S.U.E.) Operations Leader, and Hydrographic Surveying Department Manager, until 2019. Following that, Jeremy worked as the Survey Department Manager at Leonard Chauvin, Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Jeremy then joined Carter + Clark - Land Surveyors, Planners, Engineers, where they served as a Professional Land Surveyor from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Jeremy is working at Clark Land Surveying, Inc. as a Staff Surveyor, starting from June 2022. Additionally, they hold the position of Director of Regulatory Compliance at Carter + Clark - Land Surveyors, Planners, Engineers, starting from December 2022.

Jeremy Shaw, PLS PSM, began their education in 2000 at Nicholls State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Geomatics. Jeremy completed their studies in 2009.

Throughout their career, Jeremy has obtained several certifications related to land surveying. Jeremy obtained the Land Surveyor In Training certification from the NCEES in October 2009. Following this, they acquired the Professional Land Surveyor (LA) certification from the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board (LAPELS) in January 2017.

Continuing their professional development, Jeremy earned further certifications, including the Electromagnetic Locator (EM) and Ground Penetrating RADAR Operator (GPR) certifications from Staking University in September and October 2017, respectively. Jeremy also obtained the Professional Surveyor and Mapper (FL) certification from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in September 2021.

Jeremy's dedication to their field is evident in their additional certifications. In 2022, they obtained the PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR certification from the Commonwealth of Kentucky in January and the Professional Surveyor certification from the Ohio Board of Engineers and Surveyors in November. Jeremy further expanded their credentials in 2023, acquiring the Professional Land Surveyor certification from the Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in March, and the Professional Land Surveyor certification from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation in July.
