Joshua Kelly

Joshua Kelly has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joshua started their career as a Night Sales Representative at the Indianapolis Colts, where they sold ticket packages and conducted sales calls. Joshua also worked as a Sales Manager for the Indianapolis Indians and IUPUI sales class, managing sales incentives and tracking sales data.

Joshua then gained experience in the field of analytics, serving as a Director of Analytics for Men's Basketball at Purdue University Fort Wayne and as an Assistant Basketball Coach/Analytics Analyst at Park Tudor School. In these roles, they conducted statistical research, collected and organized data, and created data visualizations using tools like IBM SPSS and Tableau.

Additionally, Joshua worked as an IT Technician at MGK Solutions, where they identified and resolved networking problems, performed system upgrades, and troubleshooted hardware and software issues in a commercial setting.

Joshua also has experience in research, serving as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the IUPUI Sports Innovation Institute and as a Research Project Assistant at the IUPUI School of Physical Education and Tourism Management. In these roles, they aided professors in various research projects, conducted statistical research and data analysis, and utilized Tableau to create data visualizations.

Furthermore, Joshua worked as a Head Basketball Coach at Spiece Indy Heat Gym Rats, where they scheduled and operated practices, coached in tournaments, and oversaw player development. Joshua also gained leadership and managerial skills as a Store Manager at Freebies Fireworks, where they managed day-to-day operations, trained employees, and generated sales.

Most recently, Joshua joined Banner Technologies as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, they help real estate teams automate their processes related to cost tracking, invoice management, vendor management, approval processes, and reporting.

Joshua Kelly attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management, with a focus on Sport Management. Joshua also earned a Business Certificate from the Kelley School of Business. In January 2018, Joshua obtained a certification in "HEADS UP Concussion Training for Youth Sport Coaches" from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
