Jan Nielsen

Jan Nielsen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1987, Jan worked at Nordea as an Account Manager and Cash Manager for about 10 years. From there, Jan transitioned to Hewlett-Packard Financial Services as a Sales Manager for a year before joining Compaq Financial Services. At Compaq, Jan held the positions of Country Sales Leader and Nordic Sales Leader. In 2003, Jan briefly worked as a Headhunter at Laigaard & Partners A/S before joining GE Capital as a Program Manager. Jan then moved to Danske Bank, where they held various roles such as Sales Director, Managing Director, and Senior Vice President. After leaving Danske Bank in 2015, Jan joined BEC as a Business Development Director. Currently, Jan is at Banqsoft, where they have held the positions of Sales Executive Denmark, Head of Sales - Nordics, and Sales Director - Asset Finance.

Jan Nielsen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (HD) from Copenhagen Business School from 1987 to 1989. Jan then furthered their education at the same institution and earned another Bachelor's Degree, this time in Business Finance (HD), from 1989 to 1991. In 2017, Jan also obtained a certification as a SAFe 4.0 Agilist from the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
