Ana Garcia Tarraso

Ana Garcia Tarraso currently works as a recruitment consultant at BCV - Banque Cantonale Vaudoise since November 2022, following a role as a recruitment intern. Prior experience includes a position as an intern psychologist at the Geneva cantonal police, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting police candidates, developing measurement tools for psychosocial risks, and conducting health surveys with statistical analysis. Additionally, Ana served as a tutor at the ARA Association from September 2017 to June 2019, providing academic support at various educational levels, and worked as a cashier at Taco Rico. Ana holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Université de Neuchâtel and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Geneva.
