Kalina Saint-Jean

Kalina Saint-Jean is an experienced professional in revenue management and customer service, currently serving as a Conseillère clientèle at BCV - Banque Cantonale Vaudoise since September 2023. Previously, Kalina held the position of Reservations Supervisor at Fairmont Le Montreux Palace and worked as a Multi-Property Revenue Manager for AccorHotels, overseeing a portfolio of eight hotels and implementing revenue management best practices. With a strong background in the hospitality sector, Kalina has also contributed to Marriott International in various revenue management roles, including Multi-Property Revenue Supervisor and Analyst. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, along with a Master’s Degree in International Business and Management from IAE FRANCE, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Université Côte d'Azur.
