Laetitia Baudouin

Laetitia Baudouin has extensive experience in the IT and finance sectors, currently serving as the Deputy Head of the IT Infrastructure Design & Build department at Banque de France since June 2015. Laetitia's career includes various roles such as IT Internal Auditor and Contrôle de Gestion at the same institution, and prior positions at SFIL and Dexia Credit Local, where responsibilities ranged from IT internal auditing to IT project management and HRIS management. Significant achievements include leading projects in Operational Risk and HR domains, governance in database management, and a strong focus on change management and automation of recurring tasks. Laetitia holds advanced degrees in Inorganic Chemistry and Chemistry from Paris-Sud University and UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
