Mohamed Elwan

Mohamed Elwan is an experienced professional in the field of internal audit and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Credit Risk and Market Risk Review-Sector General Manager-Group Internal Audit at Banque du Caire since August 2019. Prior to this role, Mohamed held the position of Assistant Vice President for Internal Audit-Credit Risk Review at Dubai Islamic Bank from October 2004 to July 2019. Mohamed's career began as an Internal Auditor at National Société Générale Bank - Egypt from April 2001 to October 2004, following an earlier role as an Auditor at KPMG EG | Hazem Hassan from March 2000 to March 2001. Mohamed holds a degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration (English Section) at Helwan University Cairo.
