Sameh Osman

Sameh Osman is an experienced professional in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Head of Cards Portfolio and Campaigns at Banque du Caire since February 2022. Previously held positions include AVP Cards Portfolio at Mashreq Bank, Customer Retention and Loyalty Manager at Credit Agricole Egypt, and numerous roles at Citibank Egypt, where responsibilities included managing call center operations and enhancing customer satisfaction metrics. Earlier experience includes call center supervision and front office roles at various hospitality venues. Sameh Osman holds a degree in Guiding Tourism from Ain Shams University, completed in 2004.
