Sameh Victor

Sameh Victor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sameh is currently working as the Head of Learning and Development at Banque du Caire since September 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Orange Egypt, where they held various roles. Sameh served as the Sr. Manager for Career Succession, Assessment Center, and Performance Development from January 2018 until June 2023. Sameh also worked as the Manager for Career Development, Planning, and Support from January 2015 to December 2017. Before joining Orange Egypt, Sameh worked for Orange (previously known as Mobinil) for several years, where they held positions such as Manager of Learning and Development and Training Senior Expert, among others. Sameh also gained marketing experience as the Deputy Marketing Manager at FINE and worked in a managerial role as the Telesales Manager at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Sameh began their career at DHL Express, where they worked in various customer service and IT roles.

Sameh Victor's education history includes a High School Diploma from St. Joseph Maronite College (1976-1988) and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Business Administration with a field of study in Foreign Trade from Helwan University Cairo (1988-1995). They also have various certifications and training in areas such as Certified Trainer, Certified Coach, Certified Assessment Center Manager, and MBTI Certified Career Coach. Furthermore, they obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of South Wales (2017-2021).
