Ibrahim AlSairafi, MBA, started their career at The Saudi British Bank in 2006 as a Senior Developer before transitioning to a role as a Financial Business Analyst at Trussway in 2012. Ibrahim then moved on to become the Manager of Business Development at Saudi International Trade and Development Company in 2010. In 2013, Ibrahim joined Deloitte as a Consultant, later progressing to roles as a Senior Consultant and finally as an Engagement Manager, focusing on improving client performance, especially in the government sector. Currently, Ibrahim is with Banque Saudi Fransi, where they serve as the Strategy Program Director - Strategy Delivery, responsible for leading the bank's 5-year strategy delivery to meet its objectives. Ibrahim also holds the position of Head of Strategy Delivery, entrusted with revitalizing the bank's strategy and overseeing the delivery of strategic CEO special projects, working closely with the CEO as a trusted advisor.
