Ana Varela has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Ana started their career at Megaradio in 2007, where they worked in advertising and marketing. Ana then moved on to Operadora Futurama. Alsuper as a Coordinator of radio and TV. Later, they joined Cablevision Mty, where they specialized in promotion and image.
In 2012, Ana joined TELUM La Red De Alto Desempeño as the Head of Marketing and Commercial Development. During their time there, they were responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies, strengthening the brand's image, managing public relations, organizing events, and developing sales channels.
After leaving TELUM, Ana worked at Falabella Financiero as a Marketing Manager, leading the brand's launch in Mexico across traditional and digital media.
In 2015, Ana founded MasUnoMkt, where they served as a Digital Transformation Consultant and worked on various projects until December 2019.
Ana's most recent role was at InverCap Afore, where they started in 2019 as the Subdirector of Marketing and Commercialization and eventually became the Head of Marketing. In this position, they managed hybrid teams and implemented digital innovation strategies involving marketing, IT, business intelligence, sales, and services.
Currently, Ana is the Director of Marketing at Banregio, a position they started in 2023.
