Myriam Dimbo

Myriam Dimbo is an experienced customer service professional with a focus on logistics and air freight management. Currently serving as Customer Service Team Manager and Brexit Coordinator at Bansard International since May 2021, Myriam has previously worked at GEODIS as a transit agent, where responsibilities included managing air export flows, customs clearance, client negotiations, and supplier negotiations from August 2017 to August 2021. Prior to that, Myriam built expertise as a transit agent at Expeditors from November 2011 to March 2017, specializing in pharmaceutical shipments, customs follow-up, billing, and managing cold chain logistics. Myriam holds a degree in International Logistics from IUT de Perpignan, attained between 2008 and 2011.
