Mastak is ESG Director at Bansk, where she leads the identification and maximization of key ESG opportunities that are material to the consumer goods space and the Bansk portfolio. Alongside her role at Bansk, she is Programme Director at Becht Family Charitable Trust (BFCT) and is responsible for strategy and development of the grants portfolio to protect and restore marine biodiversity.
Mastak has 10 years of experience in product marketing, sales, and business development in the consumer goods and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Bansk and BFCT, Mastak held end-to-end brand management and category development roles at L’Oreal in the mass market segment. Before joining L’Oreal, she worked at The Challenge Network, a UK-based youth and community development non-profit organization, where she was responsible for marketing and key relationships management.
Mastak received a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Delhi University, India. She did her M.Sc. in Marketing from Manchester Business School, UK and her M.B.A. from INSEAD, France & Singapore.
