S Kumar is an experienced operations leader in the garment manufacturing industry, currently serving as General Manager Operations at Banswara Syntex Ltd. since January 2023. S Kumar has held multiple senior roles, including General Manager Operations at Premier Fine Linens and General Manager Operations at Texport Industries Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed overseeing production, quality assurance, and staff training. As Head of Factory Operations at ARVIND GARMENTS, S Kumar successfully established a new garment factory, handling everything from machine procurement to manpower recruitment. With a foundation in manufacturing woven garments developed at Surya Nepal Private Limited and Madura Garments, S Kumar possesses a comprehensive background in operations, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vijayanagar Engineering College.
