Dzianis Pirshtuk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dzianis began their career at Yandex as a Software Engineer from July 2013 to March 2015. Dzianis then joined InData Labs as the Chief Data Scientist (Head of Data Science) from April 2015 to December 2017. After that, they worked at FaceMetrics as the Chief Data Scientist (Head of Data Science) from January 2018 to October 2019. Simultaneously, they also held the position of Chief Data Scientist at FaceMetrics Subdivision within Banuba from February 2018 to October 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Science at Banuba starting from November 2019. Alongside their industry roles, they also worked at Belarusian State University as an Instructor from September 2013 to August 2019, and later as a Senior Lecturer from September 2019. At the university, they taught courses on Deep Learning and Machine Learning and Data Analysis, and supervised course papers and diplomas, while also being responsible for students' research work.

Dzianis Pirshtuk started their education in 2003 at School #41 in Minsk, Belarus, where they studied mathematics and computer science. Dzianis then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science at Belarusian State University from 2008 to 2013. After completing their undergraduate studies, Dzianis continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in mathematics and computer science from 2013 to 2014. Dzianis then enrolled in the Yandex School of Data Analysis in 2012 and completed a program in computer science. Dzianis furthered their academic journey by becoming a PhD student in applied mathematics at Belarusian State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.
