Guilherme Oliveira

Guilherme Oliveira has a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on leadership roles. Guilherme is currently the Head of Engineering at Banxware, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they were a Lead Software Engineer at Banxware from April 2022 to June 2023, and a Senior Software Engineer from April 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Banxware, Guilherme worked at Finleap Connect as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2019 to April 2021. During their time there, they implemented various strategies to improve product feature delivery, streamline complexity, and enhance feedback mechanisms.

Earlier in their career, Guilherme worked as a Software Consultant at ThoughtWorks from June 2017 to July 2019. Guilherme played a key role in implementing a microservices architecture for an e-commerce project and significantly improved system observability and performance through comprehensive monitoring and testing.

Guilherme's work experience also includes a role as a Research and Development Engineer at the University of Kaiserslautern from February 2016 to March 2017. Guilherme started their career as a Junior Software Engineer at ADP from November 2014 to January 2016, where they were involved in developing new features and expanding test coverage for a payroll product.

Guilherme Oliveira completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul from 2011 to 2016. Following that, they pursued further studies in Computer Science at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau from 2016 to 2017.
